Parent Memo 12/20/19
PARENT MEMO Friday, December 20, 2019
The Shout-Out’s for this week go to these helpful and considerate students:
Finnegan Cummins (gr 1) was given a Shout-Out by Danny Damschen (gr 3). Danny had seen Finn picking up Hershey wrappers on the ground that were not his. Good job to Danny, as well, for noticing and pointing out the positives.
Charlotte Porter (gr 4) Charlotte embodies the characteristics of a good sport. In the classroom, when someone wins or gets an answer right, she is the first one to say “good job” or cheer them on. She even congratulates and remains positive when she loses. She is someone who wants the very best for herself and others.
Regan Grambusch and Sophia White (gr 7) – At the end of the science lab, Reagan and Sophia approached the teacher and asked what they could do to help clean up the lab. This was a great help on a very busy day and their thoughtfulness meant a lot.
Gaelen Jean-Serieux (gr 6) During the 6th grade lunch cleanup week, Gaelen cleaned his assigned table and then went over and started helping other students who were not finished with theirs. Nobody likes cleaning up the tables, but it’s really appreciated when someone goes the extra mile to help get the job done faster.
Thank you all the students for “shining their light” during this holy Advent season.
CHOIR SPREADING CHRISTMAS CHEER
